Every residential project is unique. Penner & Associates is working in collaboration with the owners of duplex residences to transform their Vancouver home into a space that will integrate with nature and its surroundings.

During the day, the house will maximize and balance natural daylight; at night, landscape lighting will maintain a connection to the outdoors. Lighting options will create different moods and highlight the beauty of the forms and materials of the house.

The interior environment will be designed to accommodate lifestyle and lifecycle changes. This will reduce the environmental footprint of the building and make it easier to maintain a healthy home--inside and out.

We are also working with Greens Organic and Natural Food Market on the retail interior design of a new healthy food destination at Maple and Broadway, in Vancouver. The 6,700 square foot market will offer a fresh shopping experience in a sustainable environment.

Our team is also busy designing the commercial interior for our new office and studio spaces. The p+a studio and storefront will showcase our award-winning furniture and offer a unique experience for visitors curious about the design process.
