Tides Renewal will be located in the landmark Flack Block at the edge of Vancouver's downtown eastside. Chosen to contribute to an enlightened revitalization of the area, the base building is just nearing completion of a major renovation and heritage restoration by The Salient Group with Acton Ostry Architects.

To reflect the values of Renewal Partners and their associated foundations, the office fit-up of floors 2-5 will attempt LEED® Canada for Commercial Interiors certification through the Canada Green Building Council. The Tides Renewal offices will provide a unique opportunity for groups to lease space in a LEED certified project--an opportunity that does not exist anywhere in Canada!
